Terms and Conditions General The Mukhtar Card is and remains the property of The Mukhtar Mall, which reserves the right to amend the conditions of the loyalty card rewards and benefits at any time, as well as to withdraw the card, without prior notice.
Those wishing to obtain a Mukhtar Card must be 18 or over.
If your card is lost, damaged or you need an additional card, a replacement card can be obtained at Mukhtar Mall. A fee of 1 JD per card will be charged for issuing a replacement card.
The Mukhtar Mall does not accept any responsibility if the card is lost, mutilated, stolen or utilized by a person other than the original cardholder
