1. The return police are available but within 2 days (48 hours) from date of purchase.
2. Please bring the bill for the purposes of replacement and warranty.
3. The goods must be good condition, safe and unused and all content available, in case of replacement, otherwise will never replace.
4. The process is limited to replacement of the goods in case of manufacturers defect only the below items are not returnable:-
Notebook and Net book.
Memory cards and Storage unites.
Mobile phone.
Computer & Other Accessories.
Digital and Video camera.
Spare parts unite.
Printers fax and inks.
Misused item (User misused).
Personal care item.
Warranty Polices:-
1. Our Warranty is the agent or distributor valid warranty and some pieces don’t have.
2. The agent or distributor of the goods is responsible for the piece and the maintenance and provision of spare for it.
3. Mukhtar mega – and Mukhtar mall are not responsible for the maintenance and ensure the provision of spare parts or parts of it, but we can follow up your services department with the agent or distributor and happy to serve you.
